1. Laminate cures

For a clean, modern look, bright white laminate countertops in a matte finish and with square edges blend with the simple lines of the new cabinets and shelves. New tops not in your budget? Revive old counters with a water base paint and polyurethane sealant that’s food safe. Or try a one step product sold as “countertop coating”. Paint updates laminate cabinet fronts, too.
